The dynamic nature of the industry with fast-developing technology and constantly evolving management approaches demand for continuous updation of skillsets to stay relevant in the job market. The main deficiency of our education system is its inability to upgrade the curriculum to match the new skill sets required by the industry from time to time, lack of focus on the “life skills” and the text approach followed. We strive to address the above deficiencies through a professional training and development approach.
At SSAL, we maintain constant touch with industry leaders and human resource managers to identify the competency gap in the job market and design new courses to equip the youth with relevant competencies. This approach ensures 100% placement with industries we have partnered with.
We have signed an MoU with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) approved campuses to ensure that the courses we offer are recognized and validated with NSDC certification. NSDC aims to promote skill development by catalyzing the creation of large, quality, and for-profit vocational institutions.
National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is a not-for-profit public limited company incorporated on July 31, 2008, under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (corresponding to section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013). NSDC was set up by the Ministry of Finance as a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model.
